Continuing Education
Helpful Links | Professional Development
Whether you’re seasoned library professional or just beginning your career, it’s always a good time to update your skills and knowledge! FLLS offers many workshops, training sessions, and professional development opportunities throughout the year. Further, many of the events we sponsor can help you earn the continuing education credits necessary to keep NYS Public Librarian Certification current.
Workshops, webinars, training sessions, and other continuing education opportunities are announced regularly in our weekly bulletin to member libraries. Members can register online anytime for our events via our online calendar of Upcoming Events. Contact Jenny Shonk, Continuing Education and Outreach Librarian, for more information: jshonk@flls.org.
