Approval of Minutes of November 2024
Small Spelling mistakes that were changed.

Old Business
- eContent Committee – Heidi is on vacation (more to come)
- Email Deliverability
- InMotion made updates that should have solved email sending issues
- Please open a ticket if there are still issues sending/receiving email issues
New Business
- Patron Confidentiality (Jenny)
- Pg. 5 in Monthly Bulletin – Polaris has a lot of sensitive information, please remember never to give out any information. We cannot give out any personal information to law enforcement because FLLS owns the information.
- Make sure to give the Monthly Bulletin to library staff for information (Polaris tips).
- Accessible workstations in the Library:
- Hardware: Larger screens, headphones, etc.
- Software: Screen reading software (Microsoft Windows has some software)
- FLLS Website Update:
- There is talk about how to better arrange (or rename sections of) the website or possibly pare it down. There may be surveys coming out for input. Think about what you may want to see on the FLLS website. More information to come.
- Logos: If you know of a company/graphic designer that creates logos, please email Eric with the information so he can get that information out to libraries interested in redoing their logo.
