This training will focus on how to purchase AND download eContent!

Part 1, 9am-10am: Nora will walk you through how the system is currently purchasing eContent through Overdrive and how member libraries contribute. She will also go over how to create a cart and purchase items, if that is how your library has chosen to contribute to Overdrive. A brief look at OverDrive reports will also be included. If you would like to follow along in Overdrive, please bring your Overdrive Marketplace username and password.

Part 2, 10am-12pm: Jenny will show you how to download eBooks/eAudiobooks from OverDrive, download digital magazines from rbDigital, and stream eContent from hoopla. Please feel free to bring your own device. Laptops will also be available for use.
